Combine Time 02.19.09

Pool day, including plyo’s and agility drills, then treadmill. The whole crew showed up, you can tell we are getting close to crunch time. The Combine starts this weekend, and for the kids who weren’t invited, this is a very motivating week. In the pool are workouts are more quickness and agility.


The leg work upstairs goes hand in hand, only we compete with each exercise. The treadmill work was awesome. The guys worked from 10 mph to 16 mph. Big Ron did the whole 30 second run at 16 mph. WOW!
