Love this kid Mika Kane, he is very quick for a big man but the real joy is how relax he does everything. When you are talking about speed, relaxed is very strong attribute. Most football players with no track background have a hard time grasping that concept because the sport itself is about brute strength as well.
Mika has really impressed me, and to think I was sure after the first day we had lost him.(lol)
I will make up for the sprints tomorrow on the indoor turf field. At the end of practice I will tell them all to bring their cleats tomorrow. That should get some surprised looks. ( ain’t that right Ron?)
