Hop Scotch 02.20.09

Today we will do explosive conditioning. We will hop until we can’t hop no more! (lol) We warmed up and then went right into the hip girdle strengthening, to quick resistance sprints and then to the hops. It got so comical at times I had to stop the drills all together. Some of the guys did well but it was a learning process for most. Afterward I let the guys bench and that was the most impressive part of the workout. Demetrius was very impressive looking today and his 25 reps at the end of practice was very strong! Adam was the best with a total 34 reps but scouts are going to eat up that short stroke. Lock out Adam!
